(1) The projects that can be implemented with private investment, with an investment of more than six billion rupees, will be submitted to the board for approval by preparing a list of projects in coordination and cooperation with the related agencies, private sector and other agencies.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), there shall be no bar to submission of proposals relating to projects not included in the list to the Board for approval.
